I am in post-production now. All images should be up and ready by the beginning of next week.
For the future, I will send out a sign-up for backstage portraits ahead of each date. This will allow me to edit/retouch your images SO much faster!

Yes! The only way to avoid shipping is this:
Order from the “Pick Up at WSPA” folder ONLY.
Place your order by July 10th.
Choose “I’ll Pick Up” at checkout.
I will hand package and deliver your photos to WSPA by the last week in July.

Yep! If you order the FULL ALBUM of digitals from more than one album, there is a 25% discount for each album (automatically applied at checkout).

Yes!
Please choose “retouching” for the images you’d like retouched. It is $25/image for most simple retouching. Please let me know in the comments (while ordering) what you would like me to do. I will reach out if I have any questions!
» PLEASE NOTE: This is for retouching ONLY. You must also order the actual image as well (print/digital/wall art…). The retouched image will return to your online album for ordering as well.
Retouching I can offer:
Cropping of image.
Cleaning up blemishes or stains/wrinkles on clothes.
Black and white or other color filtering.
Lightening / Contrast etc..
Group images are as-is. Silly and fun! In the future, I will be using a MUCH larger backdrop which will help the group images polish out even more :)

If you are ordering a typical sized print, and the image does not fit into the crop. Go ahead and order it - I have to approve every crop and I can add-on backdrop to make most images fit.
It helps if you also add a comment while ordering - for a specific crop.
If it’s not going to work - I will reach out to you rather than simply letting the order go through!

About the Photographer:
Alexis Wolfe Mbassa is a music | portrait photographer. She began her career in Seattle, WA in 2001 photographing underground hip hop. She has written two books: Emerald City Hip Hop published in 2008 and reprinted in 2022 and Keep it Beautiful, the Funky, Strange, and Revolutionary Worlds of Shock G and Digital Underground as told to Alexis Wolfe with a release date through Clarkson Potter|Random House of Summer, 2026.
In 2008 she moved to NYC where she taught public school and continued to photograph for musicians, actors, and families. In 2023, Alexis returned to West Seattle with her husband and two small kiddos: Anaïs, aged 6 (who attends West Seattle Performing Arts) and Lennox, aged 3. Read more about Alexis HERE.

About the Portrait Session:
Date: July 10th.
Place: Alexis Wolfe Photography Studio @ The Old Rainier Brewery
Session: 30 minutes. One-three outfits, various poses. Let me know if you’d like for me to bring dance wardrobe options!
Deliverables: Within 2 weeks, you receive a link to an online gallery with all high resolution digital images for immediate download. You will also have the option to add-on archival prints and wall art.
